Combinations of Numbers/Options....Difficult VBA?

Here's what we're trying to do. We have 4 columns or groups of data. Each column/group may have 3 to 12 items. We are trying to get all possible combinations that would result from taking one item from each group. Hope that makes sense........
 

Excel Facts

Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
I am not going to work out the problem but take a look at the Analysis TookPak Addin.
