Sharing tips on Macros - Documentation for the boss

I now have a number of Macros and need to show them to my bosses. As you know presentation is everything. I would rather not have to cut and paste the macros into word to clean them up and print them out. My documentation is OK - what I am looking for is tips - printing a new macro starting on a new page, making the code more readable etc.
For example this is what I put at the beginning of each macro that uses more than 5 variables or calls more than 3 other macros - no reason for the 5 or 3 rule but is where I have started.

If you are prepared tp pay for it, have a look at VBA CodePrint (www.ozgrid.com/Services/print-vba-code.htm). There are also Contents and Index pages produced.
I have used it for several years and wouldn't be without it.
If you have software to print to a PDF file, even better - I use JAWS PDF (www.jawspdf.com)

Not bad. Recently I have found this PDF Creator in the net. It supports Windows Vista.
