excel spreadsheet to a form

I have a legacy interface in excel spreasheet which is good but I am
unable to add event controls to the individual cells, so I want to
convert the form like spreadsheet with some form controls to a proper
form. Any easy way to do it other than recreating a new form from
scratch.
