Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
If there is is will be stated in the function's help topic. What function are your intending to use?

I have a simple function to convert a lower triangular matrix to full symmetric matrix. My function reads in the original matrix and then returns a full matrix.
It works well for small size matrix but not for bigger size.
Any help.
Karthik.
