Is there a formula for converting Julian Dates? My downloaded data is in Julian format.

...isn't necessary as explained in the Excel help topic for "How Microsoft Excel performs date and time calculations". The formula...

=DATE(LEFT(A1,2),1,RIGHT(A1,3))

...is all that's needed.
