I constantly transfer/Copy data on a random basis from a
single row to another sheet in the same workbook.
One column (J) is now being used to colour code the existing "Cut & Paste"
method which is very slow.
Column (J) can be used for check box's & clicked in the row to be transferred.
Cells in the selected row of column's A to H & from T to AQ need to be transferred & a colour fill placed in the cell in column A to identify that this row has been transferred to the next vacant line in another sheet of the same woork book.

How best can this be done ?????????

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Hi Harry

A simple copy/cut and paste of data from one sheet to another shouldn't take any longer than one second.

I cannot quite understand your explanation and/or the problem.
