I am using excel 97 sr1

I have a particular spreadsheet that continues to give me the same problem of crashing on opening.Yet others on our network never have a problem with the same file.
The invalid page fault is:

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
hello there

try to reinstall excel

or try to copy the ms097.dll from the microsoft office cd because it seems to be
corrupted.

ms097.dll

To Add:

Be careful, i would delete this file and replace it, re load might not work as few people know Microsoft installes dont always write over existing files this is one i have come accross many times, also i would get CLEAN files, poss trans from another working PC is good if not got disk, or as earlier post suggest follow that link to download it.. if this fails i would COMPLEATLY uninstall Excel / office from the original disk and then re load...

good luck...
