The duplicates

I have a series of info in my cells which some of them are repeated. I need a macro to check for the duplicates and finds them. Also I want the code to check the contents of the cells and if a new entry is inserted alerts for it. Could any one help me?

I do not know if you would be interested but here is a non VBA approach. The first formula looks up last & first name the second looks up only the first name
