subtotals selection problem

Hopefully someone has a solution that wil ave me a bit of time.

I have a long list of items and values, that I am using the subtotal tool on. My problem is when I collapse the list to show just the subtotal values, I want to copy only the subtotals and work on them. I am doing this by selecting them using the <Ctrl> <mouseclick> method and then copy and pasting them onto another sheet. This is a bit clumsy and takes ages to do.

Is there an easier method of copying just the subtotals values so I can work on them?

Thanks..

Stuart

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Hi Stuart

Not too sure I follow but when the data is showing only the data you want, select an sing cell within it, Push F5, click Special-Visible cells, Ok. Now copy and paste special-Values only.
