New User needs free online course

I need to know FAST about any free online excel training courses or demos. I am being tested tomorrow. I've completed the elearning.com online course in Excel MOUS: Working with cells and have the SAMS Teach yourself MS Office 2000 in 24 hours book. I don't feel like I know much. Give examples of what you would like to learn and maybe people can help. SAMs books are good for beginning.

I don't know of any courses online, because I learned from a practical standpoint. Hopefully if you give more detail, someone will answer.
