Hi , I wonder if there is any shortcut key for Inserting row.. I know shift+space bar will highlight the row,but how to insert a new row (not by mouse)???? thanks for your attention

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number

Hi chaju:
I don't know if I have understood you right, but how about
1) go to any cell above which you want to insert a row
2) then INSERT|ROW
now if you don't want to click on the INSERT key with the mouse, key-in ALT+I+R
HTH
