Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Record a macro while you do it, Colleen. Though I don't have the instructions for Excel just yet, I've got the instructions for recording a Macro in Word at:

http://www.thewordexpert.com/wordvba.htm#HowToRecordAMacro

The instructions are VERY similar, except the bit about putting a toolbar button on the toolbar. In Excel, you take that step AFTER you record the macro.
