#NUM error

I have a data base on Sheet1.
On Sheet2 I use the formula =DGET(Sheet1!$A:$F,6,Sheet2!A4:B5)
This works good except for one. I get #NUM error.
I believe all cells are formatted correctly.

Any ideas why this result?

Often a problem in the source data - an error value, maybe some number formatted as text, or a text value (a space, a hyphen) - anywhere in the ranges referenced.
