I use Excel to keep track of my baseball card collection. I keep a column that tells me how many copies of a particular card I have in my collection. Occasionnally, I receive a whole set of cards, and I'd like to update each of the numbers in the column by 1 or more (depending on how many sets I receive). Is there an easy way to increment all of the cells in the column at once by 1, or do I need to physically go into each cell and increment it by 1?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

Type 1 in an empty cell, copy this cell, select the cells of interest that must be incremented, and activate Edit|Paste Special >Add.
