I need to have text (for instructions) on a worksheet that I don't want on my print outs. I've done this before but for the life of me, I can't remember how I did it.

Thanks, Sam

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
You could also add a Text Box and unselect "Print Object" on the properties tab.

Hi Mark. I thought about that but I wanted the text to be visible no matter where the cursor was located.

Thanks anyway, Sam
