    I don't know how you are doing the visual effect, but if you are using conditional formatting, just create a condition that reflects an overlap of design and construction and use a color that reflects a combination of red and blue. If you use RGB=255,0,255, the result is pink! {g} Some darker shade of it (plum? purple?) might be more appropriate.
