I have a speadsheet that is ~43000 cells deep. Many of these cells have the same data. Does Excel have the functionality to remove these duplicate cells automatically without sorting and deleting manually?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

Duplicate cells or rows?

You can get rid off duplicate rows using Advanced Filter.
