Q: Is there a conditional format that will change the highlighted range of cells formatting (i.e. cell color) when the cell P7 (indicated by the red arrow) is above or below a specific value? Also , I will need to be able to apply that to every row and the corresponding cell. Thanks! Davin Brown<img src=http://www.geocities.com/davinbrown/image001.png>

Excel Facts

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
I can't see your image, but you can definitely do what you want to do. For example highlight the row you want to highlight then goto Format|Conditional Formatting|Select Formula Is from the drop down menu|enter in your condition, something like, =OR($P$7<8,$P$7>9)|select your format

Davin,

It doesn't clarify your query (for me): You said:

What values for P7 do you have in mind? More importantly, what do you mean by: "every row and the corresponding cell"?
