How do I hide/password protect a function?

I've created an elaborate function in excel. I would like to do 2 things.

1. Password protect/hide the code
2. It uses an array setup in an excel spreadsheet - hide that information too.

I would still like everyone to be able to use it, just not modify. Any ideas? thank you in advance.

To protect/hide the formula(s), right click on the cell or group of cell and select Format Cells. Click the Protection Tab and make sure that the "Locked" and "Hidden" boxes are selected and Click OK. Then go to Tool, Protection, Protect Sheet and enter a password. You must enter it twice. To protect the spreadsheet where the array is, go to Format, Sheet, and select Hide. Then go back to Tools, Protection, Protect Workbook and enter a password. That should do it unless I over simplified your question.

Thanks Mike. I didn't think it was that easy. Now all my hard work is locked up tight!
