In the above values column the values are like 4,2 and 0,5 ...
I want it to be replaced by dot like 4.2 and 0.5 .. in another column as shown below.

In the above Values column, for DDDD and EEEE the values are lilke refer to AAAA and BBBB respectively.

The formula should look for REFER and it should take values appropriately and replace in that plave...
