Describe UDF Arguments

What i am looking to do is describe the arguments of my function, I know how to describe the function in the object browser, but how do i describe the arguments in the function. Eg type 0 or 1 in argument

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
