I have the following Pivot table format;
Sum of Dollar
Sales Rep Name Date Total
Rep 1 ibm 3/27 $0
4/27 $156,003
dell 3/29 $0
Rep 1 Sum $156,003
Rep 2 cisco 3/28 $0
4/28 $6,000
Msn 3/26 $0
4/26 $6,000
Sun 3/28 $0
4/28 $6,000
Rep 2 Sum $18,000
Grand Total $174,003
This works fine, however I want to add line that will show the count of the unique company names for each rep, for example at the sum line for Rep 2;
Rep 2 Sum $18,000
Rep 2 Count 3
This represents the number of Accounts the Rep is working, when I put Count Name in the data field in the Wizard I get a count for each name for each date, i only want to count each unique name and subtotal for each rep and then grand total for all Reps.
Thanks.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
