I'm having trouble getting excell to print from edge to edge...edges are set to .25...no borders or footers...Accounting wants to see things as large as possible on the page.
Is there any setting I can use that can do this time after time without ajusting on every occasion?
I am using legal size paper...landscape,no borders or footers

Thank You

Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Make a file with the specifications you want. You'll have to do it for each of the 3 sheets in the new file, or just delete sheets 2 and 3.

Save the file as book1.xlt in your XLSTART folder.
