I have a large spreadsheet that collects some data and and creats graphs.Whe trying to add data I get a window that displays....
"no more new fonts may be applied in this workbook" I can then "ok" the window many times and it will work. It also affects cutting and pasting and linking.

    Any ideas?

create a macro that selects all cells, then sets the font the same for all.

Well you don't really need a macro to do that. You can just hit ctrl-a, and apply one font style and size, non-bold, non-italic, all one color.

Then, in the largest groups possible, format your bolds, colors, etc.

This occurs because the person using the workbook formats cells one at a time instead of entire rows or columns at a time.
