How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.

Does your field include blanks (empty cells)?

Hi Henry

Blank cells within your data and/or Text and Numbers in the same column is the most likely cause. If your field contains dates ensure they are all REAL dates (right aligned).

You should also consider using a Dynamic range as the Source for your Pivot Table as these will elminate the need to include possiby thousands of blank rows in your source data.
