I have figured out how to convert text to numerical values by creating alternate tables and using vlookup. What I found is that you can't use just the combo box from the forms menu, you have to use the combo box from the control tool box which I believe is the VBA version. You also have to provide a cell link to each box.
Now my question is how can I duplcate the drop down boxes without having to go into the properties and change the cell link for each of them?
