    please can you help how do i change the colour of text
    =if(d4 when ''order'' is entered i would like it to be in red text
    when ''no'' is entered i would like it in blue

    Use conditional formatting.
    Format>Conditional Formatting. Change second box to equals and put order in the next box. Choose format and change the text color to red. Click add and repeat the process for no. Click OK twice and you're done.
