Converting Lotus files to Excel/Word en masse

We are looking to convert our user's lotus working files to MS within the near future.
Do you have any ideas as to how to convert / 'save as' lotus files to .XLW / .doc files enmasse, rather than individually opening and 'saving as'?
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
