    Here is a doozy!

I am being asked if there is a method to automatically combine 200 spreadhseets. They are all the same spreadsheet. They are copies sent out to collect data. The spreadsheets come back weekly. They can be named whatever I want. Is there a way to build a macro or software I can buy or services I can buy to build something that will with as few key strokes as possible combine all of these spreadsheets into one? They all need to be on the same page so that I can save them as a CSV file. Thats my ultimate goal is to get all of them into one CSV file so that I can import them into a SQL server database.

    Thanks

    Email me a sample sheet.
You said they were all the same.
I just wrote some code for a guy in the insurance industry who needed the same thing, except these were field audits.
He dropped his sheets into one directory and one click to update his database.
Should work the same for you with a little editing.

Tom's offered you a VBA solution -- have you however looked into DATA|CONSOLIDATE ... that gives you a non-macro solution!

    Yogi,

I have looked through the DATA|CONSOLIDATE function and cant figure out how it would work. All teh refrence function seem to me with the current spreadsheet only. I may be dense and just not seeing it...
