How to change properties of validation msg box?

In data validation, I've creates an msg box.
I'd like to
a) increase font size
b) change related position of msg box to
selected cell

if I dbl right click on msg box, it becomes disassociated from selected cell, but I can't format, nor change properties....

Any assistance greatfully received...
