Find & Replace with a newline

Hi,

I want to replace -- with a newline

I do ctrl H to get into find and replace but the trouble is I dont know the special command for a newline?

usually it is ^P or /r/n etc

Thats works like a treat so I can use any ASCII codes to imply a charachter also - or does excel have its own set that i need to look up?
