Does anyone know what "NULL IDispatch passed to AutoWrap()" error message mean? What may cause this and how do you get rid of the problem? I have recently upgraded to office 2007 and I have been getting this error message ever since. Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Do you have any code?

All I can find on that error is to do with automation with C++, and it's the error message isn't standard - it's generated by code.

Perhaps you have an add-in that's causing the problem?

The only add-ins that I use that is not standard from Microsoft is "Hyperion Essbase OLAP Server DLL (non unicode)" and "Hyperion Essbase Query Designer AddIn".

Guess what else I found when I checked out the error message - a reference to Hyperion.:)

Didn't look at it because I didn't think it was relevant and it was a PDF which you can download from here.

PS The document says the problem has been fixed in the version it refers to.
