Hello,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>

How can I copy and past an Excel sheet into a word document and have it show the column letters and row numbers? I have tried to Google this and everything I am getting is bunk. It can’t be that hard, is it? Also, any recommendation for inserting a pretty wide Excel sheet (A- BF) into a word document. I've tried just about every idea that has come along with making a single page in Word show Landscape and putting the excel on it but it still will not fit and the words are so small it unreadable. Any ideas, even though I know this is not a Word discussion group, would be greatly appreciated.<o:p></o:p>

Have a great day.<o:p></o:p>

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().

Shrink down the excel window, if you can and make is smaller, like so:

Oh, I gues I can't pase an example.

You could also do a print as a pdf file with just the area you need and set in the page setup to show the rows and columns.
