Moves with a single click !

Hello again from Upstate NY,

Could someone tell me (I'm sure many of you can) how I can send a number selected from H3:H32 to a single destination cell B2 with a single click on the selected cell ?

Everybody on this site has been great with all of the help, especially to this novice.
