I would like to set conditions up for each zone and have excel assign, help?

Hi, I attached a screenshot of what I'm trying to accomplish:

I'm trying to assign certain home addresses to zones that I set the conditions for.

Not sure how many people have the same issue - but I cannot see your picture as it is blocked by my work. So I have little clue what your problem looks like.
