Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Hi,

To show formulas rather than the results of formulas, go on the menu to Tools|Options|View and then put a check in the Formulas box.

Keep in mind that this will change the layout of your spreadsheet somewhat, as columns will expand to display the entire formula in each cell.
