I know, must be an odd question but I'm making a chart and would like to have the length and width the same size. How exactly does one go about doing that?

Thx

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
A bit CRUDE, but here's a way...

Code:
Sub Tester() ' YOU MUST SELECT THE DESIRED RANGE BEFORE RUNNING THIS MACRO
Mult = 5.42 ' the multiple to equal rowheight to column width
'Selection.RowHeight = (Cells.ColumnWidth + 0) * Mult   ' to do complete sheet
Selection.RowHeight = (Selection.ColumnWidth + 0) * Mult  'to do only selected range
End Sub
