I want to do a mail merge type thing on my excel system.

I want to open outlook express (on mac), and send a template email with one variable (a pupil's name).

I basically want to say this:

Dear Mrs. Thingy,<Insert name here> has missed an alarming number of homeworks.
This is an automated notification.

I want the email to be sent when a cell containing the number of homeworks missed is equal to 3.

I have to make this work for around 10o students in a list.

Problems include the fact that I have a mac (hence no SendKeys command).
