How do I keep leading zeros from disappearing after I hit the enter key to move to another cell? I have already checked the zero values in the options/view. I seem to remember yoy first had to hit a certain key before the zero.

You can either put a quote (') before your entry, or if your values are all a constant length, you can custom format the cells that you will be entering the numbers in.

For example, if you always want a 3-digit number with leading zeros, go to Format-Cells, click on Custom under Category (number tab), and type in "000" (no quotes) for your custom format. Then all of your cells will be 3 digit numbers even if you enter only one or 2 digits for your number.

Hope this helps,

Russell
