Popup or comment on the column feilds using VBA

We are looking for VBA to show a pop-up or comment when a person clicks on the feild colum in the excel sheet3 tab that summarizes information about that feild from which ever tab the feild is on( Sheet1 tab or sheet2 tab) or shows "not defined" if the feild doesn't appear on either tab.

Thanks for posting the solution.

I copied the solution on the Visual basic and i closed the window. When i open a excel template and tried to point out on the cell in a column in sheet3, i can not see any pop up message.

In sheet3: In sheet2:
D F A B
Columns: Logic Field List of sheet Field
Rows: market business sheet3 business
proposed consumer sheet4 other

In Sheet1:
A B
List of sheet Field
sheet3 consumer

When a user points to the particular cell(f2,f3) in column F of sheet3, it should display a message weather the data in particular cell is in which sheet( Sheet1 or sheet2 or not specified).

Any help will be appreciated.

OK: I'm confused. How did we get from Column "C' in post #7 to Column "F" now. So, what columns on sheet 3 do you want the popup to appear when selected? What Columns on Sheet1 and Sheet2 do you want to look in. The code I wrote goes in the Worksheet module. Rightclick the Sheet3 tab and choose "View Code". It is set to run only on Column "C" (this can be changed). It is also set to run when a cell in Column "C" is Doublclicked, not just selected. It looks a the cell in Column "C" and then at Column "D" on Sheet1. If it finds the value, a MsgBox is displayed with the address. If not found, it looks at Sheet2, column "D". If found a msgbox with address is displayed. If not, a msgbox of "Not Found" is displayed. This code DOES work, although your post is sufficiently vague enough that this may not be close to what you require. Please post back what you desire.

In sheet3 i want the pop up message to appear only on Column F.

In sheet 1 and sheet2 it will look in column D.

We are able to show the popup message when we click on the particular cell in a sheet. Is there any possibility to have a hyperlink when a pop up message appears and point to the pirticular row of the sheet.

ex:
