I have two sheets.
I need to know how to populate the first column in sheet 1 with the data in column T of sheet 2, based on a match of data in columns D, E, and F of sheet 1 with data in columns G, L, and M of sheet 2.

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hiya,

You're likely looking for either a VLOOKUP or an INDEX/MATCH combo. I'm not sure I understood the specifics of your issue, but it sounds like your lookup would be based on 3 criteria (the 3 columns). If so, an easy approach might be to toss in new column holding the lookup criteria (for example: C2&D2&E2).

Hope that helps.
