Using a macro on multiple files

Hello,
Im looking to use a macro on several files and then concatenate the results into a new file to be saved. does anyone have any suggestions on how to begin to do this?
I can easily expand on what I want to do, but I dont know what someone would need to know.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
