provide second smallest value from a range

I have a range of 15 values. How do I get the second smallest value in that range, third smallest, etc???

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Hi Mr. Stone,

Look at the SMALL function

=SMALL(YourData, 2) would return the 2nd smallest.
