I want to enter a due date in a spreadsheet and setup another cell to calculate the start date. The start would be x weeks prior to the due date . And I want to calculate this based on a 5 day work week. Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop

=WORKDAY(start_date,-x)

-x equals total number of workdays prior to start_date. make sure result cell has date format.
