Could someone help me with the code for this? I have a list of part numbers, that may reoccur depending on other criteria, all of which need subtotals, but if there is only one row of a particular number, I do not want a subtotal.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Larry

    Larry,
Could you give us a little more information to work with? Maybe copy a few rows of data and someone will be able to help you.....

Below is a sample of my data with subtotals; however, I do not want subtotals if there is only one occurance of a part number as with part# 38002 below.

    Any info will be appreciated.

    Part # Brand Qty
    38903 40038903 147
    38903 45138903 200
    38903 49038903 200
    38903 Total 547
    38002 45138004 309
    38002 Total 309

    Thanks,

    Larry

    Larry,
I don't know if this is any help but if you put you part number in c1 this will give you a total for that part number. Maybe something you can build from.

    =SUMIF(A1:A5,C1,B1:B5)

    adjust range to fit.......
