Hi all,

Is there any way of disabling the dialogue box that asks whether or not automatic links should be updated when opening a workbook that contains links to other workbooks.

Thanks

Andy

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hey Andy,

There is an option to turn that off:

Go to ToolsOptions<Edit tab> and you'll see an option to deselect "Ask to update automatic links". Word of warning though - If you actually have links excel will give a different prompt (ok a fileopen prompt) for each link.

Hope that helps
Adam
