I am creating some charts for a grant and requirements are EVERYTHING must be doublespaced, even charts. I don't want to manually Alt-Enter or add dummy rows unless I have to.

Is there any way to format the entire worksheet to be doublespaced?

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
It may be possible with a macro. Just need more info on how your worksheet is set up and what exactly needs to be done. For example, do you want the macro to loop thru every cell in column A and if there is an Alt+Enter character in the cell add another Alt+Enter character after it? And/or if the cell above/below contains text insert a blank row?

I think macros are a bit more advanced than I am! I just justified the veritcal balance and then doubled the row height. There are serveral cells with multiple lines but then there are some that do not need it. Its a mess really.
