Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Or do you want to mailmerge from Word to an Excel file?

Hi just in case yes both can be doen, mail merge is WORD not excel land, but i feel better version and far more powerful is in Excel via VBA...
