Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
Try this:

Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Excel.Range)

If Target.Address = "$D$1" Then UserForm1.Show

End Sub
