grey screen

A workbook that I keep protected has turned grey. I cannot see gridlines, data, formulas, etc.. Also, the column headers (A,B,C,etc.) have disappeared. Does anyone have any idea what could have happened. Thanks.
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
